Dwarka Harrish Soochit
Dwarka Harrish Soochit is a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), member of Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and holds a Masters degree in Strategy and Organisation consulting from ESCP Europe. He is a licensed Insolvency practitioner and is a Partner in Bit Associates, an accounting practice, member of Leading Edge Alliance. He has eleven years of experience as a Finance Manager in the Manufacturing industry and served as a manager in a medium sized practice for seven years. During his career, he has widely contributed in the setting up of manufacturing companies, namely in Kenya, Mayotte and Reunion Island. He was a former board member of the CIMA South African regional board and Financial Reporting council, and has offered his expertise as the President of the CIMA branch in Mauritius in the past. He has joined the Board of MIPA to serve the interest of the professional accountants and public accountant and is currently the Vice President Dwarka Harrish Soochit FCCA, FCMA, CGMA Specialised Master in Strategy & Organisation Consulting (ESCP Europe)
Doris Priscilla Vyapooree
Mrs Doris Priscilla Vyapooree, FCCA is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, is registered with the Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants (MIPA) as Professional Accountant and Public Accountant and is also registered with the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) as registered auditor.
Doris counts over twelve years’ experience in public practice and has acquired a wide exposure in accounting, auditing, advisory and taxation. She is currently an Audit Partner at BIT Associates. She has performed system and financial auditing in several fields such as offshore (GBL and Authorised Company), manufacturing, wholesale and retail, construction and financial institution such as money changer. She was formally the Group Accountant at Pallagames Group Ltd which was in the gaming industry. Doris is well versed in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and group consolidation process.
